The Port Macquarie YHA is a bit far from the Greyhound bus stop, but this is not a big problem as they do pick you up with their own minibus. The hostel itself is really cozy with lots of paintings on the walls. There’s a kitchen, fridge, TV and Internet. The whole place is clean and tidy, very well maintained, and you can also sit outside on the benches and tables under the roof. Don’t forget to visit the nearby Koala Hospital!
